Hi i am looking for PDI for auto / manual car for BBDC.
I have prior experience driving in the States but not long enough to convert to SG license.
I'm working so only available for lessons in the evenings and weekends
Preferable if the instructor can speak english and patient. Please recommend

Posting review for Mr Frankie Yue.

3A, Toyota Axio
Pickup at Ubi CDC (Can arrange for Tai Seng / Ubi MRT pick up)

Chose him mainly because of the review I saw while trawling through the many pages in this thread, and that he also has quite a high pass rate / student numbers as well.

Can confirm that he is indeed a top notch instructor. Took approximately ~10 lessons from him (did have some prior driving lessons with school) and passed TP on the first try some time back.

He is patient, and will point out mistakes every single time you make them. Gives very good tips for driving in circuit and on the road, can fully recommend him. Speaks good English, but does not engage much in small talk. I'm by nature not a chatty person, so this suited me really well. Does not scold you / chide you even if you don't do well, but instead he will remind or nag you.

He is professional as well, and is always there on time. Does not take frequent toilet breaks while driving as well. Even if he does need to answer nature's call, he'll do it quickly.

Only downside is that he appears to have a lot of students, and therefore scheduling can be a bit difficult especially for working adults. (Was running 1 lesson at week for some time).

Recommending Class 3A Instructor in the East

Hello all, It has been a year back since I last took my TP test. I took all my lessons from Cathay Driving Centre in Bedok and i highly recommend it. Registration fee is $60, the rate is $54 for 1.5 hr regardless peak or non peak. I got assigned to Mr Ang Yim Ching (teaches auto). He is a very patient and passionate instructor who will explain the driving concepts to you and reasons why you do certain things. He will not waste your time during lessons, although he is strict, all his reminders are very beneficial and for your own good so that you will not make the same mistake again.He is also very encouraging and will do his best to teach you. I highly recommend that if you are learning 3A to pick him as your instructor. The lady in charge of scheduling your lessons is also very friendly and can accommodate your schedule as long as you book in advance. Any queries can PM me, im willing to share more

any private instructor recommendation for class 3 Ubi cdc?

I'm looking through the tp site and below are the top few

LIM AH CHON - no contact
NEO CHIN KIT - no contact
LIM BENG HWA - no contact
TAN BOCK SUM - anyone knows if Mr Tan is good?
