I just got my 4/64 WiFi set from Qoo10 Finer. Received the package sealed nicely with thick layer of bubble wrap within 1.5 weeks.

Installed Google play store and removed most of the China only bloatwares.

Mi Pad 4 is working like a gem.

Great buy.

bought the larger 10inch alternative model around close to $400

but disappointedly the china rom so available ram for usage is only 1.6GB and my model is 4GB ram

any workaround other than flashing to EU roms?

Havoc OS for Mi Pad 4 is the best, much better than EU rom IMO.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-pad-4/development/rom-havoc-os-v2-0-t3881690

A new version just got released, installed and running good.
This version seems to fix Netflix install via Playstore too.
Install Google Cam and takes even better picture than MIUI camera. Currently using this version myself, might have a newer n better version but yet to try.

I suggest you folks give this ROM a try.

just curious, was there any issues with MIUI on the Mi Pad 4 that triggered you to use Havoc OS ?

I feel like trying Havoc OS but MIUI seems to be good enough for my usage

Personal preference over MIUI i supposed. Have been using custom ROMs for years and become more comfortable to stock or near stock Android ROMs.
Footprint for MIUI is always bigger than custom ROMs no matter how we debloat them.

Moreover Havoc OS is on Pie, whereas i believe MIUI for clover is still at Oreo.
