Yes, Dr Chan @ Kovan does treat Eczema, i saw her for eczema rather than acne. But after the medication, the maintenance to keep it from flaring its up to you. I daily moisturized using Eucerin Daily Hydration, Lotion, Fragrance Free, which i buy off iherb as Singapore doesn't carry. It largely depends on what is your allergy as well, need to know what trigger to attack. Hope this help. :)

My fren intro me G3..slight improvement..but it bores down to each individual's body and system

I took G3 and Ageloc about 2 Months. I asked my GP about the red patches, she say might be allergic reaction.

Ask me stop and wait for it subside then take again. See is it the cause for the red patches.

eczema relief cream

My TCM friend (based in HK) came up with a cream that is purely made from TCM ingredients, Vaseline and bee wax (for the texture and solidifying), he has started selling in his HK clinic and the feedback we gathered is quite promising. We are thinking of bringing the cream into Singapore but we need to ensure the effectiveness of the cream before launching it in the local market. According to my friend, those with G6PD cannot use due to the some of the TCM ingredients i.e 黄连 etc. Basically, there are two type of cream i.e. one for targeting the issue and the other one for prevention of relapse (i.e. use it like a post-healing cream).

Some information to share (from our first batch of testing myself/relatives/friends) in order to manage some expectations:

1. It is quite effective to curb itchiness but the effectiveness to relieve the bump is slower then steroids cream (5 ~7 days vs 4 days).

2. No side effects i.e. thinning of skin (steroids cream tends to “thin” skin especially on delicate areas like neck.

3. Cream is for external application only, not orally intake.

4. The “logic” behind the cream is to use TCM to expel the “heatiness” and neutralize the inflammation, while the Vaseline and bee wax is used to give it a paste texture so it will not dry up too easily.

I still have a few small bottles from my first batch of cream for whoever is interested to try, I will try to get more from HK for the second batch (non-biased) test, just need you to do a short survey for me after using. Let me know if you are interested to try, I will pass you the cream to try (free of course), I can be reached at gmail.com (little.whatever.cream@)

I've used organic calendula cream and it actually helped. There's plenty of info online about it, I don't have permission to post links yet, but hope this helps someone.

anyone has eyelid dermatitis? how do you fully cure it? I seen normal GP and was given hydrocortisone cream. But it is not healed after two weeks.. and I am not sure what is the allergy agent here but I avoided all eye makeup.

On eyelid or underside of eyelid?
I kanna on the underside of eyelid and it affected my vision. Went SNEC and was given cycloporin eye drops. Thankful now ok already, although occasionally still flare up and need eye drops again
