Well, if it's a good rate, I don't see there is an issue to sign 2 years contract. For example, I managed to get mysim70 for less than $13 per month after selling the phone. That is 35gb data for less than $13 monthly. Don't think you can get better pricing in the near future.

Just go and browse any telco site for phone prices with plan, you see the subsidy when you compare to buying phone alone price.

E.g. iPhone XS Max 256GB with mysim70 = $805. Buy standalone = $2039.

With CIS, mysim70 monthly is $45.50. Last month they have iphone xr promotion. Bought 128gb iphone xr for around $168 and sold it around $960.

totally agree with u. have to see wat phone have better offer and have value to sell off den offset the bill.me on StarHub cis with unlimited data for $25 after offset .

WORST TELCO

Registered since 8 March 2019, received sim card on 14 March 2019. Port in number till now also no signal. Sent multiple emails, only got automated reply from customer enquires department but no reply from ordering/processing department. No advice is given on how to solve the problem. No SMS from Zero1 as per their letter and not even reliable cuz the website stated that EZport, but turned out to be a TOTAL FAILURE. Now no phone, no number, uncontactable.:evil:

DO NOT SIGN UP.

Zero1 FACEBOOK replied that the delay is due to a shortage of staff and overwhelming response from the public.....

Wasted my money, pay money but no service provided:(

No hotline to call too, but even if have hotline I doubt they will pick up the call cuz they do not even reply to emails promptly.

Mine took 2 days. Yours really very long.

But I’m happy with their service upon connection. Maybe you would too.

hi, anyone knows if i must add a credit card to make payment ie deduct automatically. received the bill on my email but the account management is not showing anything.

My line supposed to end on 31 Mar, but I still able to call the number yesterday.

Emailed to them immediately but till now no reply at all.

Received sim on 9th april. Till now no porting done, emailed them and they said number dont belong to me??!! Why they didnt tell me instead of me asking them for update? The number is mine n not under starhub contract as well

Be aware. Never Never use your credit card payment for Zero1 registeration as you cannot remove it after that, Zero1 will keep on charging to your credit card even after line terminated. This happen to me. Even after they confirmed is their mistake and said they will refund, yet, they still continues to bill and charge me non stop. I have to call the bank to terminate and change my CC.
