Zero1 need 1 month notice for termination. If you are using CC for payment, remember to immediately remove it from Zero1 system by replacing it with a viture CC or Debit card, as Zero1 always overcharged us after line termination.

hmm, does 1 month notice meant that i tell them i will be porting out next month, or does it mean that i have to pay 1 month advancement regardless of when i port out?

anyway i should be porting out soon as well, just hope nothing goes wrong as i still have a outstanding bill for the last 3 months which they did not see the need to deduct.

Zero1 scuk, keep on charging until today. My CC already terminated see how long and how many times they want to play this game.

Given 1 month notice and line confirmed by zero1 Yes/billing teams/system terminated mid March. Continue to over charged the April bill, promise to refund April over deduction never happen, always tell me in-progress (for month). Bill me again to double charge April, today Bill me again for May bill. What the hell. They locked our credit card information and it become ATM for them to withdraw money whenever they like !@!!

Ported out successfully last Friday and send an email to terminate and got the reply today. I've changed to a virtual cc with $0 value so see how it goes

We notice you have ported-out number **** (port-in ****) to other Telco, you need NOT terminate line on your own. It will automatic terminated after the line successfully ported out. If port over to new telco completed 7 days before billing cycle end you will be billed to current billing cycle. If you miss the 7 days' time line, your service can only be terminated at the end of your next billing cycle. No refund will be given for any unused period and any accrued benefits or promotions will no longer be eligible.

so you upgraded the $0 plan to the base plan by porting in your main number? i just ported my main line to circles and keep my $0 plan so i have 2 lines with them.

You can request to port over your number to circles anytime, not just during sign up or upgrade. So you can maintain the $0 plan with your number.

I did that last year Nov, saw a number damn swee (8XXY 8XXY),gotten the num I straight away port to $0 circle life to park. No issue at all

I just recontracted my M1 plan and I'm letting go of my Zero1 15GB-Unlimited plan that's $19.90 a month. Was wondering if anyone in the HWZ community would want to take over my number and all?

I understand that transfer of ownership for the SIM is not available for Zero1, but looking for someone trusted to take over the ownership and plan as this $19.90 plan is a pretty good promo and I don't wish for it to just go to waste like this. PM if interested!

Download singtel dash from app store or play store , it should be the easilest way to get a virtual CC

Go play store type Singtel Dash.

Install that dash app.

Run Dash App.

Type in your phone number for registration, follow on screen instructions.

Once done you will see your Virtual Visa card.

Click on it, type in your security pin.

Now that's your Virtual Visa card number.

Remember to topup when you are using it to make payment.

Currently holding to 3gb $19 plan and 1gb $9.90($13.90) plan. I wanna port out to either circlelife($20 20gb) or m1($25 20gb(5gb safra) free weekend) due to much better value for money.

How does the porting out works? Need to email them now for port out and only can port out next month 16th exactly 1month later? I see the bros here also kena charge extra even when given 1month notice beforehand.

Or I just port out now and change my CC to virtual CC with no money? Would it be illegal?
