emailed my termination notice in the morning and zero1 actually replied so fast that i assumed it was one of those automated acknowledgement email and never bothered to open it.

seems like the customer service is improving at least, too bad the plans are no longer attractive.

I guess they have to. Now with all the big telcos offering even more attractive plans, Redone coming in to compete with them on low-tier plans and TPG slated to roll out their plans by Q2 2019.

But after "termination" and get charge is another thing

Hi all can I just check with you guys, is the bill of zero1 very erratic? I haven't even paid for my April bills yet and I have just ported out and it still shows 'activated' on my account although I can already use my circle life sim. My mom is still on the line, and her bills haven't even come yet since 2 months ago, and not paid. Idk why a company would even drag their own payment so long, never thought I will be worried about not paying bills. Any similar occurrences?

*The reason why I want to pay my bills promptly is because I don't want it to snowball

yes basically the billing system is non existent, for me i subscribed in early jan and paid for 1 month at the time.

Next time they deducted my CC was on may, but on the bill itself it was stated that the bill was for feb and march, but also include an advance payment for april:s22::s22:?????

thankfully i knew that it was a problem from the beginning so i created a virtual CC just for paying them, every month just top up the correct amount whether they want to deduct or not is up to them:s13::s13:

yes as ive stated the bill is for feb and march(bill dated to 1 april and received early may), they are just lucky that they send out the bill a month late as there will not be enough money in the virtual CC otherwise.

they really should not be charging for advance months outside of the first month to begin with. Anyway, seeing that it's zero1 its entirely possible that the billing template is messed up as well:s13:

Hi thanks for your input, you used dash? Was there any successful deductions?

Waaaa 19th feb i disputed a refund, today 19 Jun then I get confirmation of refund to credit card through an invoice. Well done billing team.

Ya same for me, Zero1 locked our CC information, whenever they need cash, just get the money from our CC and say billing error, after few months return the money without the need to pay interest.

Haha I just use a spare debit card which I occasionally top up the bank A/C once a month, not my main.

I signed up because their unlimited plan is useful for my car GPS

Already ported my Dad’s number out of zero1 and using new telco for the past month but still got billed twice from mar-may 19. That’s in excess of $90 billed and deducted from my cc.

Anybody successfully got a refund from them? Emailed them already but doubt they will respond that favourably and quickly given how horrible their billing system is.
