Sold my iPi7+ and wanted to get a replacement. Naturally thought I would get the XS Max. But when I held it in hand, I was surprised by how much more XS Max weighed compared to 7+. Ended up getting XS.

Yes the Max is heavy af.

I've used XR for 7 months now and really love it even though I was using the 2 camera 8 Plus before that. But I have one problem, the phone will do a soft reset (spinning wheel/gear) randomly, average once a week. It used to happen like once a month initially so I ignore it, but recently it has become more frequent. Wonder if anyone faces the same issue. Still on a pending case with Apple Support on it.

Hi, I have the same issue with my XR.. have you gotten solution from Apple yet?

I would go  Store n get it checked. since still under warranty.

I'm working with their support now. If that fails will go to store.

Not yet...they suggesting for me to backup my phone than refresh it and set it up as new and use it for a few days to see if the problem comes back.

Says trying to determine is it hardware or software issues.

Told them I will do it maybe on a weekend as weekday I am too dependent on my phone.

I'm working with their support now. If that fails will go to store.

at e store they can run a full diagnostic test to see if it's e hardware.

Just upgrade to XR from iphone 6. Tried to launch my grab app on XR but fail. Any idea why? I tried delete and reinstall app and restart XR but still cant launch.
XR and grap app on latest update.
Any idea?

Think my phone worse than you and went Into coma. For no reason, black, no response when tap and whole day no whatsapp. Then I realized it seemed to be powered off. But then I tried to power on also cannot. Tried so many times and thought phone dead already. Went to Google and suggestion is do hard reset. Tried it and finally revived. Wanted to send to Apple center but what can they really do? It's not like I can replicate this problem to show them it's a genuine case of failure - duno software or hardware

Another incident is the screen is on but when I swipe the screen to unlock, it doesn't response at all. Sth like the swipe spoil already, nothing responded to my touch. Too many problems on this phone.

Added on to wifi and 4g connection issues, this iphone xr really v lousy. I always thought iphone no lag, but I can still find some lag here and there...

For those who have no issue, good for u. But once you have the above issues as me, you will understand my frustration already

I have to agree... my old s7 have better reception and wifi signal than my iphone X, XR...

When i use my iphone for fb , whatsapp video calls... its choppy when im inside the master bedroom and the wifi is in the living room..almost unusable..

When i use my iphone for fb , whatsapp video calls... its choppy when im inside the master bedroom and the wifi is in the living room..almost unusable..

Wair until it’s using Qualcomm lor in 2020 5g or else jjR go back to anddod using Qualcomm and noting else

It’s known the 2018 Iphone got some issue with its cellular or wifi due to apple use a new layout which apple claim is improve but in end flop
Maybe too advance or a flop design

If happen to u then is too bad like I used to use Samsung I got bad use too end I quit samsung and go apple
While I don’t own a 2018 iphone I can’t comment I own a older iphone even those on intel cell chip it’s not much issue on wifi and 4g

Since u got so much issue just get Qualcomm chip phone lor from hk samsung or xiaomi as noT all using Qualcomm after Sony left and lg cmi
Thiong brand not all on Qualcomm beside xiaomi or maybe OnePlus

Easy fix
Sell before iphone XI is out and get anddiod
As 2019 iphone doubt will use Qualcomm uhtil 2020 5g

I am using the Linksys Velop wifi mesh and I have no issue.
I have internet connection throughout my house

Singtel wifi mesh is not good. Range not as good as my mesh.
I was given 3 mesh, and I only use 2 and it can cover my whole house

It costs about $600 for all 3 mesh

i have this wifi mesh from singtel.. i dunno if that helps.
