Any bros suffered from this same problem? My battery suffered massive drain last night and died. When I switched it on (plugged in) the phone was reset and I lost all my apps (but not my files, accounts, log in details etc). This is really frustrating and even googling doesnt yield any answers.

I am thinking it could be an issue with the themes? My device is the Mi 9T running Global 10.3.7.

Local set? Check for battery usage from apps or if no rouge app found bring to service centre. I've never heard of an app that can drain out the battery completely overnight.

Apparently under hardware, my Cell Standby consumes more battery power than my Screen... is that supposed to be the way? Usually screen consumes the most ma?

That's normal and hardly a cause for battery drain. I suggest you download a free app like gsam battery monitor and observe which app is causing the issue. You may have to adb sideload (no root needed) a script to view the apps drainage
