the one that needs to understand this is not the fans, but the management
they are the ones sacking managers, not allowing them to focus on youth, wanting to buy superstars to keep the sponsors happy.
The current coaching staff at #MUFC are well aware of what is required to fulfill this 3-5 year plan. Money will be spent, but finding the right characters is paramount. Fans just need to be patient & supportive of the coach/players. Ole has the long-term success of Utd in mind.

Has any superstar played in EPL?

Superstar that has won champion league as club players
Or world cup and/ or European champion and came over during their peak and not to earn retirement fund.

Maybe David Silva, Barthez, Klinnsman,

Anyone else?

Shevchenko. But flop.

There's Ballack too, but he was kinda meh at Chelsea.

Arsenal has Ozil.

I would consider Falcao, Bastian and Angel Di Maria as superstars too. Unfortunately...

Shevy was big?
Those German mentioned by u ,except ozil, already passed their prime when they came over.
As for the South American,. Hmmmm English game is not their cup of tea.

Would you not think Shevy is big? He was the main hitman for AC Milan when Milan was still a force in Europe.

I think Ballack and Bastian were arguably still in their prime when they came to England, they were not on the decline yet.
