That's so funny. Where got only release price 1-2 days before e-app? ppl also need to think and plan. Now they can only assume its 1199 (max) hopefully. Not forgetting that for 5 rooms, it cannot be 1.1 psf becos its a bigger unit.
If u buy ec now, you have to wait 3-4 years. You also cant see what's the actual unit like. I would dare to say go for condo now. If you encounter any money issue, you still can sell it away.
I always encourage my clients to get their IPA done before the balloting and I will do a financial calculation for them based of few different interest rates, and see if the monthly installments is do-able for them..
for EC the price will have to be made known to public 2 days before balloting.. but for private condo, the price will only be made known on the day of balloting itself ( inside the showflat) ..
The price should be FROM $9xx psf and up ..especially the penthouses..
those that are still considering, just submit the E-application first.. as the cut-off date is 22nd July ( Monday).. after submit you can slowly think and do your maths.. if the prices doesn't suits you after its being release, then don't come for the balloting.. if you don't submit for E-App and the prices happens to be lower than expected, then will have to wait until finish balloting on 27th then oni will be able to go in the showflat.. by then, not much choices left ady.. anyway, the E-Application submission is Free.. and no penalty if you dun turn up for the balloting..
