Wonder is it possible to get the ecredit without booking the room for this promo

Sent from Sony G8342 using GAGT

The E-Credits should be credited to you after casino closed before you disembark if you have redeemed from the kiosk or membership counter. It should have validity or expiry date too so do ensure you book your next cruise before expiry date.

See, I was right after all.

The promo is for first timer or new members only.

25 TP for new members is not easy.
Unless they are earning TP at the same rate as Kia which is most unlikely.

I believe promo applicable to new and old members. Kia should have no problem to get them. :D

Agree not many can earn 25TP within same cruise unless the condition allows earning within a certain period example, same month. :s8:

MAKAW is a Myanmar private Island further north after Phuket. Last time GD sailed to another nearby private island Macleod. It's more of a beach and resort island.

What a godforsaken island, nothing but trees and beaches!
GD really think Asian love beaches and sun, huh?
Don't think Ah Neh want to turn charcoal and we yellow people don't want to be as red as lobster lor. :s13:
GD should sail us to places like with 4 seasons like Australia, HK, Taiwan or even Japanese! Too far, huh?

DC has other ships that already calling some of these.

Explorer Dream (ex SuperStar Virgo) currently sailing to Japanese Ports like Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Osaka but will be deployed to Australia/NZ from Oct 2019 via Indonesia.

World Dream sailing from China or HK to Okinawa Islands.

SuperStar Aquarius (under Star Cruises brand, and recently World Dream) sailing from Keelung, Taiwan.

Only thing is you will need to fly there to join. :D

For GD to sail from Singapore to these places will need more sailing days and will not be 'profitable' for them with lesser gamblers. :s13:

The few closest destinations to enjoy winter snow could be as follow:
1. Busan, Korea (6.5 days Sailing one way),
2. Tokyo, Japan (7.5 days), or
3. Sydney, Australia (9.5 days).

If add at least another 1 to 2 days stopover Port Stay, the shortest cruise duration will be around 17 days. Don't think DC will want to offer this unless ship is relocating like for SuperStar Virgo redeploy to Sydney, Australia from Oct 2019. Furthermore they already have World Dream cruising in North Asia calling China or Japan Ports and you can consider to fly-cruise there.

GD has released new 6D/5N itinerary to call Christmas Island and Belitung next year Summer 2020. You can consider this. :D

Can see on GD website now. Only 5N cruises on special.

i book already 2 hours ago. sold out fast. I bought a stateroom and second room i have to book a balcony as stateroom no longer available.

$2400 for a room compared to $3900 during non-sale period.

But I didn't see kids sail for free in the site but I saw it in the brochure

seems website rate is much better for the 5N. Quoted $6K plus at natas fair but choosing the same itinerary at website only $4.5K. The brochure the Natas fair people show is citibank promo prices. They didn't show "NATAS Sale on Genting Dream" prices from website.

From your chart 1 TP est 325 PP.
Vincent66 says he 13 TP get him 6503 PP. This work out to be 1 TP get him 500 PP.
Any body knows what is the correct figure.

1TP Slot Play earns 325 PP.
Slot Play $4.40 per Spin earns about 3 PP.
Slot Play $1.76 per Spin earns about 1 PP.
PP earned might be with decimal but rounded as per above.

How long do you have to play.
From here I can tell what is your total bet and calculated loss.

OIC.
So average $6.16 get 4 PP.
At average speed of 800 spin per hour your total bet is $4928 and will get you 3200 PP.
So 4928/3200 gives you $1.54 per 1 PP.
So your calculated loss for 5000 PP for week end balcony is 5000x$1.54 =$7700.
Looks very expensive to me.

The 3PP or 1PP outcomes were taken after 1 'test' Spin per betting amount and viewed from the Kiosk balance.

Look like you have confused about Calculated Loss. Believe the correct term should be Estimated Cumulated Wagered Amount.

I have earned about 7KPP and my loss is definitely not $7700 or $10990 (calculated from 7000x$1.54) but about $1K (maybe 10%) otherwise will be :s22: I would think this amount is fair comparing to the costs of the cruise fare and is within my budget for this as entertainment.

It would be difficult to calculate %$ loss for Slot Play. Some machines can be good and on few spins could give you big win. Some could last you long hours of play for even a $100. Some could eat and wipe up all you BR within few minutes. :s22: This is unlike Table Games where you can pit against the odds using HA and Strategy etc. =:p

Quote from Kia, he is expert to pro-long his Slot Plays with lesser BR to earn 100TP. :D

Yes I have used the total bet as the cost instead of the 'calculated loss'.
Slots I have assume a 10% HA. You pay taxes and gratuities on top of this. This is still within the ball park of cash cruise purchase.

Never use your win/loss outcome as your cost. like you said " Some could last you long hours of play for even a $100. Some could eat and wipe up all you BR within few minutes."

If you used the 100TP that others have earn on the ship this is because they bring thousands to the cruise and play until they don't have a $50 bill left in their pocket.

If you want to know more about this subject you can google, variance, luck, standard deviation, and read also my previous posting here.

Let me try and explain what is the 'calculated loss' and 'HA' in the casino.

If you flip a coin 100 times you can say there is a 50-50 outcome of head and tail happening.
But in everyday real life for every 100 flips this 50-50 outcome occurs only in 12% of the times.
Other times you will get 40+/50+ either way.
So if you bet on the side that occurs more than you win.

In the casino for Slots the casino has set the machine , the RNG (Random Number Generator) to be precise at about 10% HA. Your 'calculated loss' will be 10% of your total bet.
In other words if you bet $10,000 you will lose $1,000. Theoretically, but the casino do very well on these figures.

I just wonder if you could double check on your figures above.

From my play 1 years ago I was buying 1TP for $75 through the ETG roulette terminal.

So to get 5000 PP this is what I need to pay. 5000/325 = 15.38 TP.
This would cost me 15.38 x $75 = $1154.

Using your figures above and at 10% HA you would pay only $770.

Not likely that the TP would cost less now instead of more.

Is 4.5k for balcony room for 4 pax for 6d5n cruise trip? It seems quite expensively.
