Thanks man. You're the first person to confirm that M1 eSim works on Pixel 3. Dual Sim Dual Standby should work on the 3a since it has two IMEIs.. but knowing Google.. they always like to remove/break functionality on a whim.

Just checked with M1. Need to pay $37.50 to convert physical sim to eSim. And every time u re-download the profile to a phone is $5
