Went at 4pm,.done by 530-545 pm. Yes, wireless powerbank. Won a jbl speaker, but not TV lol.
The email confirmation did say free concierge only, didnt state wireless charger. Might be WSL.

So your email confirmation didnt say have the freebies but you still got it anyway?

Ya, i double check the email and another reminder email ss sent. I didnt see free.wireless charger ... But i remember when preorder online rhat time have say leh, but did not read any disclaimer on wsl.

Where outlet you went to? I went to plaza singapura to purchase they allow me with only singtel delivery order but that was mine S10 purchase in march.

Collected from plaza sing, got free usb-c to usb-a, and usb-c to 3.5

Collected around 630pm, confirm there is powerbank even though is not stated in the reminder email.

Mine m1 and I go buy it from Samsung shop the staff didn’t bother to tally the imei number.

I did but I collected at the singtel store so I had receipt with imei. However I have tried buying the concierge with delivery order before, maybe try another outlet and show them your Singtel agreement contract
