I am 1X and have yet to receive an appointment for BB5R.

Anyway which unit you might be looking at?

Yes, I’m single digit. I called in many many times to harass them for appointment date. 8 October is first day of selection.

Have you login to HDB to check if you’ve a date? I see my appointment but the documents are not ready yet so I haven’t received my SMS too.

I’m looking only at SkyPeak.

That’s nice! My project has the reverse effect - from the announcement day onwards, the selection has been 100% 10/10 instead shucks.

As expected from Queenstown. Got my 4 room unit selected from one of the Dawson site. My main choice was taken on Monday morning.. very heart pain.. But seems that my desired unit wasn't meant to be.. but still feel contented of getting kinda high floor though..

Yes affects everyone within income criteria since it is regardless of room type and estates

Congrats.. I got a queue no for 4room too but still a long way to go before our turn. All the decent units are taken up already so we will have to try again next time

I agree, first few all aim for the high units. Don't be disheartened. Believe me, that moment will come to you without you realising it.

Do you have a queue number? You can login to your myHDBpage and click new flat, application status - where it should show your month of selection or appointment date if it is out already.

If selection has started, you can even see the last called queue number of the day when you click in to the registration no of your application.

I’m guessing it may not have started though, because it seems to be by A-Z starting from mature estate, then non-mature.

I just refreshed the page and selection for 2-rm flexi should be starting soon as the flat details are out. How many rms did u apply for? I applied for 5-rm & been waiting forever & checking everyday haha! May i ask whats ur queue number? I’m guessing the selection dates should be out real soon cos they mentioned selection starts from October onwards~

Well, it depends.. from what i gather from people, SkyOasis is the expensive one among all other Dawsons, probably one of the main reasons is near to MRT.. However, the most popular one is SkyResidence.. this is because of the architectural design amongst the other new Dawson.. hardly commented on the other new Dawsons

During the first 2 days of the selection, many snapped up SkyResidence & SkyOasis. I recalled that 2 of the units with balcony from SkyResidence with west sun somemore, facing directly on all the rooms, still people snapped.. haiz..

At the end of the day is up to u whether u prefer a building with the nicest architectural design i.e SkyResidence or u would prefer the one near Mrt i.e. SkyOasis or u prefer quiet area i.e SkyParc

Prob give up since need to wait 2 yrs for the flat to be ready. If want me wait for something that long, better be worth that wait. Especially since new btos are getting completed in 2.5 years.

Scared of cockroaches and groundfloor noise too lol.
