I’ll go for it. 2-3 floor might not be good compare to high floor but location is quite good with mrt right infront.

Anyone have updates for Tampines 5 room?

My queue number is 384 so can't see the last called queue number and take up rates :(

Wondering what type of unit i will be left with come my turn haiz

Base on comment from internet source below are the summary on the 3 block for Tampines Green Dew:

Block 647A:
1) Stack #xx-199 and #xx-201  South-East Facing. Was left with 6 floor and below. Do note the low floors will be facing and lower than the 8 storey car park. Will have morning sun and minimum afternoon sun (from Sept to Mar of the year). Rating: Average (2 stars **)

2) Stack #xx-195 and #xx-197  North-West Facing. Will be facing the pavilion, so should avoid the low floor. All units will be subject to afternoon sun throughout the year. Neutral (1 star *)

3) Stack #xx-183 and #xx-185  North-West Facing. All units will be subject to afternoon sun throughout the year. Will be block cos facing 4 opposite units. #xx-183 master bedroom wall will be subject to afternoon sun, may be very hot. #xx-185 should be better cos master bedroom wall is subject to morning sun so not so hot in the room. Rating: Rating: Not recommended (0 star)

Block 648A:
4) Stack #xx-121,#xx123 and #xx-125  North-West Facing. All units will be subject to afternoon sun throughout the years. Should avoid #xx-125 cos it main door facing the rubbish bin diagonally. Rating: Neutral (1 star *)

5) Stack #xx-119 and #xx-117  South-East Facing. All units will be have morning sun and minimum afternoon sun. #xx-119 master bedroom wall will be subject to afternoon sun, may be very hot. #xx-117 should be better cos master bedroom wall is subject to morning sun so not so hot. Will be facing 2 opposite units only. Rating: Good (3 stars ***)

Block 648B:
6) Stack #xx-151, #xx-149 and #xx-147  South-West Facing. By the way so far only 7 units selected for tampines 5 rooms out of 15
invited. Look like the dropout rate is high.

Seem not much drop out for Tampines 4RM as yesterday roughly see alot taken left alot low floor

So surprise that my parent got an appoint in 16 Oct for Yishun at Q19+ . Can anyone help me to understand if they can choose the 2rm (99year) flat but only want 45 years lease ?
