However the Q-ticketing system has a section just for Galaxy Fold customer

I asked the fold ladies to press my Galaxy power button versus their set.
They can feel the difference mine got the clicky sound

Anyway now the in-house technician are assessing the phone

Looks good, I agree, but it offers no more protection than the stock one. Drop it on the wrong angle and impact is on the hinge, or either corner of hinge, 100% damage to folding mechanism.

Spigen Slim Armor and Tough Armor offer a measure of protection along the spine of the hinge, but not the corners. That UAG one is still the best, not aesthetically pleasing, but function over form for me.
