was watching the progressive texas table and i dont understand the round digital device thing. how and when to press? press liao need to do what?

That's for the jackpot, it is optional.

You can just play a hand without playing the jackpot, what i observe some people just don't play jackpot at all.

To play jackpot, give chips/cash to dealer, the dealer will credit into the panel or the round device, RM2.50 per game. Player need to press add and confirm button for each game.

It is not auto, mean if player didnt press the 2 button, even if got credit inside, when hit royal flush, no jackpot is pay.

Does this menu applies to all meal time?

Those marked * like satay and Japanese food are available for dinner only. Those without * are available for lunch. Don't think this menu applies to breakfast. And the spread for lunch and dinner is more than shown here.

Think this is the price on weekdays :
Breakfast RM46 (before 40% discount)
Lunch RM48
Dinner RM92

I usually go for lunch as I think it is most value for money. Lunch Spread is better than breakfast yet almost same price. Dinner is double the price of lunch but really the lunch spread is already good enough for me. May be a matter of taste. I don't fancy Japanese and satay.

But after they offer 40%, breakfast becomes worth too.

What's the spread like for breakfast? Is it worth the RM20+? :s12:

RM20+ yes. RM46 to me no.

Spread is the typical hotel buffet spread.

Egg section. Toast. Cereal. Sausage. Ham. Cold cut etc. Nasi Lemak. Dim Sum. Yong Dou Fu. Fried Kway Teow/Mee Goreng. Kway Teow Soup. Porridge. Curry. Fruits.

It's been a while since I last took it but those are the usual items I rem. There is some rotation of the dishes offered of cos.

Just tried and maybe update a little bit,

Price after discount is 27.9 rm . They will chop your hitel receipt , so i think you can only discounted for one visit.

The food is like what paul lee mentioned, but no fruit and dim sum. No salad bar.
Coffee and tea are better than fast food.

Good for those big stomach eaters.

wah really worth it for BF at RM27.6 for that price

Breakfast after 40% discount RM27. 60 nett is about $9. Worth.

Lunch RM 48 Nett is about $16. Really recommend the lunch. I go Chinese restaurant 1 noodle 1 drink + service charge + tax already almost close.

My last visit for lunch I eat until got indigestion. Eat too much because the spread have a lot that I like.

I have to split my post into a few parts since the forum doesn't let me post more than 8 images in a post.

Just for sharing.

Part 1:

Departed from the night bus at around 10:30 PM, reached FWH at around 5:50 AM the next day. Wanted to do early check in at around 6+ AM but saw this instead.

Ate at Terminal 2 just to get free WiFi. Food wasn't the best, so just treat it as tea break and payment for WiFi.

Walked around when I was waiting for rooms to free up, and noticed that Crockfords hotel had Christmas decorations up already. :s12:

I always wanted to try Marrybrown since you can't find it in SG. Personally, it doesn't taste as good as KFC and the fries were kinda soggy, so I wouldn't recommend it tbh.

I also found the Crunchy Peanut that our forum friends were talking about.

Part 2:

I mentioned about Food Factory previously in this thread, but I've never actually ate at the place before. It was a different buffet restaurant the last time I went to Genting a couple of years ago, so I decided to try the buffet and check the spread.

Here is the full spread that I tried to capture. For RM35, it's probably not the most worth it, especially since most of the food was just carbs and fillers designed to make you full easily.
