Without no publicity, you will never know or use it.

Be grateful that you will know it only because of publicity.

I only got 21 cents for Yolo cash rebates when the statement came. I did not receive the grab rebates. Does Yolo gives grab rebates separately?

Only 1 set of rebate at end of next statement month from the spending. Need min $600 spend to get the 3%/8%

Are we still able to topup one last time now in nov though statement will be generated after 30th nov?

Not sure if 30th nov is based on txn or statement date

I called UOB. The lady said as long as the transaction is before 30 Nov, can still get the old Grab rebate. UOB One dont have such restrictions yet so maybe ill switch to that. Though i won't be surprised if UOB One card gets nerfed a few months later too

Haa anyone realised that for Grab transactions done earlier in the day, e.g. before 8am, the transaction date is captured as the day before? It has thus resulted in wrong computation of rebates.

I don't agree that it is an appeal. It should be a rectification of error. UOB agreed that I should get the additional rebates but even when the rebates for a new statement are in, UOB has yet to give me the outstanding rebates.

I recently found out that for recent transactions, the error is still occurring even though UOB has acknowledged the issue a while back.

Had a big problem with this.... sigh I top up 2k at 3am. 23rd. It says transaction as 22nd.. it went to my nov statement instead . I talked to the agent online and there’s nothing he can do. End up I spent another 2k on grab

Btw why you top up 2k when the rebate max out at $60 i.e. $750 spend at 8%

Send your appeal to card.centre@uobgroup.com

Include a screenshot of the Grab top-up transaction in Grab app which indicates the date and time (my top-up transaction was 24 Aug, 7.44 AM and ended as 23 Aug transaction which was a Friday)

I did that and about a week later, I received a call from them that they will award me the missing cash rebates which I received it in the following month statement (i.e. this month).

Didn't ask for shopping mall voucher to compensate your unhappy experience ?
