It is neither here nor there. IPhone 11 Pro Max charged at a peak of 22w. It would have been better if you have a dual port 18w plus 18w (usb pd and quick charge 3.0) for charging the iPhone and a powerbank on QC 3.0.

Used a power delivery adaptor so odd when I charge mine iPhone or andriod ok but charge iPad mine iPad can't press home button it can't go to home it got struck but when I unplug the charging cable it's ok

Apple charging usually quite safe. The charging power will reduce when the capacity reach certain level.

After some goolge found out it might be the new power delivery charger notvas good
So it's affect the touch iD
I use back apple charger no issue at all

The anker one is the one I posted above. They have a shop at plaza sing. Ravpower I heard not bad but never try before. I only buy anker one

Ur iPad is the 12w old version. The Anker 30w charger is $30++.

If you really need a spare compact charger, you should consider Ugreen 18w USB PD charger at $14-$16 unless you have plans for a new iPad Pro months down the road.

Ya that why I considering the apple 30w due to mine 3rd party power delivery power adaptor when I charge iphone or andriod ok but only iPad pro gotvissuec like I can't press home button to go to home until I unplug or use back the iPad charger
