U mention u try to log in log out for a few acc. Only 1 account (which is yours) got suspended? What about the others

2 more of my family member acct got suspended, also using that spare andriod phone.
problem is all were verified by singpass , how is it multiple acct per pax? zzz

I guess gotta wait for their CSO reply. It seems GrabPay is tracking the phone you used. Maybe Android phone has a “device ID”. Not sure if iPhone exposed that data.

U should ask them why make it so difficult for I phone users to verify. You have a valid reason cos the light green tab in in-app message just couldn't work. Ask them for a solution

Heard of Grab suspending mutliple account users before and apparently the assumption is based on the number of accounts on a phone. Andriod phone release the details of the phone whereas Apple phone apparently can avoid detection by resetting the phone before using a new account(?). Since all accounts are Singapore based accounts that are verified with Singpass, just find a good reason why multiple accounts need to use a phone. It makes sense to suspend in the past when promo codes are abundant, it makes little sense when they are stingy now.

its not multiple acct per pax... but per device. i think its their auto detection to prevent a hacker logging in multiple hacked accounts on 1 single phone.

Imagine hacker trying to hack your account on 1 devce.
Then end up your account get suspended.

With no option to unban.
