Hsbc advance I got for Jan but I didnt get any rebates for Feb. Called up and cso advised it is excluded

I topped up $10 on Feb 28 and got $0.25 cashback on March 26. Maybe a small amount Make a difference? I also did topup of $2000 in Jan and got full cashback in Feb.

I meant I actually got cashback for Feb topup, maybe because of a small amount, somehow they did not manually take it out?

Maybe they preset a threshold amount ? Maybe more than $30 or a certain amount will treat as grab pay top up, thus no rebates ?

The most value for money is the topup $100 option.
Is 2,500pts is worth $5, 400pts is worth.... $0.80.
So promo is effectively a 0.8% rebate for topping up. You can't stack with credit card cashback, as this is topup via bank only. In short, it's a rubbish promo.

Visa? so you mean if i use a card lets say DBS VISA vs DBS Mastercard, can be different MCC? and one might entitle to rebate and the other might not?
