ETF is more diversified (average out), but current situation pretty much hits all the REITS, just that some better, some worse.

Buy reit etf if u r lazy to handle the various corporate actions (which is more common in reits than stocks). Otherwise, u should just analyse the top 3 reits from each etfs. Pick from there to get higher returns directly.

Rem, the less u know abt the thing u r buying, the easier to lose the money.

Revenue from shops will be hit badly, because nobody shops now. Rental cannot be paid and Suntec REIT management agreed to pass the rebates to the tenants, hence lesser revenue.

Nah, i am not a fan of etf. I rather pick on few good reits since I only have small capital, no need over-diversify. Moreover, now reits r badly hit especially retail and commercial. dyodd...

Why still must buy, there are no signs that businesses will improve anytime soon. Even after we are done with COVID, we need to clear the economic wreckage that the virus has left behind before we can start recovering. There is still a long way to go, the bottom isn't in.

I agree with you guys, Suntec REIT is sitting on some very good quality assets.
That's why I think can buy since it's book value is 0.5+x, almost like 50% discount.
I will wait for it to hit the bottom est. $1.08 bah.
