QUICK UPDATE!
So Mr Ng from Prism+ actually contacted and spoke to me, and he's the guy that has been handling my case since the first replacement.
Definitely a patient and customer service oriented guy, explained to me on why IPS panels (the ones used on E55) are giving the issues I've mentioned.
So after doing abit of research here and there + what he told me, I came to the conclusion that the "defects" I have seen is actually a norm in IPS panels (which is used by E55).
You guys can read the following link to know the difference between IPS panels and VA panels: https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/ips-led-vs-va-lcd
Have to admit most of the customers don't see that as an issue, like I am the only one out of my entire family to notice it... (I mean who will specifically go for full white and black screen to scrutinise the panels?)
Nevertheless, I rejected further exchange and decided to keep my current unit, which by the way he still offers despite knowing I will never be satisfied since it's an inherent issue with IPS panels.
All in all, they have a really good customer support team that's willing to go all out to make sure consumers are happy with their product. I see that from them and decided not to make life difficult for them any further, as every exchange adds to their operating cost since they actually have to come down and do the swap (which they can actually not do an exchange, since it not considered a defect in their policy, they are doing the exchange on a goodwill basis here).
I have to say after all that I have went through, for the price you are paying, it's definitely a good purchase. Kudos to the customer service team for their willingness in explaining to their consumers. End of the day, you get what you paid for, and I really feel I can't complain much for the price that I've paid.
