Hi there,

I made a mistake to top up $10 into ez-link wallet.
Furthermore, the wallet can only be used in a limited number of merchant.
Thinking it can be used to top up ezlink card.
How much is the administrative fee to get a refund to the bank.

ntuc can use the ez-link wallet? the one that scan QR code. thankfully i have hawker downstairs that accept QR ez-link wallet payments.

If u top up your ezylink card $10 via ezylink app. U will get free 50c which goes into your wallet. Per card up to 2 times. June is the Last month to do it.

Last month i top up 2 cards x 2 times each so have 4 x 50c in my wallet. I use $1.60 to pay for a curry puff at ock. Now balance have 40c in my wallet. Am going to top up my ezylink cards again to get the free 50c

No, the 50c comes in only after you top up 10 dollar into your ez link card.

Another thing is you cant transfer money from the ez wallet to the ezlink card.

even tho my hawker centre was not listed inside, but i saw the SGQR got put EZ-Link so i tried scanning and it works. so not necessarily have to be inside that list, cos that list not always updated especially now covid19.
