As of now not advisable if you are using it for your primary way of bank transactions or rely deeply in gms for work.

But there will be other ppl who in the thread to tell you is ok no worries but if you do listen to our advise it’s your own biz if it’s doesn’t work type of thing.

I am still using mate 20pro and mate 9. Huawei is. A good brand tbh. I am still thinking should I stick back to Huawei since some say gms, some banking apps cannot load. At times I deeply rely on Google.

you can only use a huawei apps called phone clone to copy over your old working huawei phone to the new p40

In the end I bought the p40 pro uag casing from lazada. Look for the SGP3M store.

Not sure if it is authentic but the seller said yes n beside fake is not on the market yet.

OK managed to make sc mobile work.

But still got issues.

For grab, can try changing the sign in option to fb. I used Gmail previously but changed to fb.

Thanks for this advice. I managed to get grab working now. This phone is not for the faint hearted.

Left with singtel dash. When they send me an sms and I key it in. It always have error code 19005002. It is frustrating.

I cloned my phone over and google map is cloned over as well. It seems to be working with occasional pop up saying it does not work without GMS.but it seem to work for me. I'm still testing it.
