Oh for hot chocolate!
I rarely drink hot chocolate but when I do, I'll cut up some dark chocolate bar(I use Cadbury's 70% dark) into little pieces, put them into a mug/latte cup, and put it on top of the espresso machine. The heat will melt the chocolate. Then steam your milk, pour into the cup and keep stirring until the chocolate is incorporated with the milk.
ha ha yea but lazy, just use chocolate sauce or powder.

But I drink mocha a lot.

I have just bought the Baratza Encore. But for someone who just started brewing coffee, do you suggest investing in Baratza Encore or Niche Zero? Mainly doing pour-over coffee for now but do not rule out making espresso in the future. I noticed the huge price difference between the 2 grinders given their individual specs.

If you are on budget, you can upgrade the burr on encore to a virtuoso burr yourself for almost the same thing. Encore/virtuoso grinder line is designed for pour overs. Espresso grinder need totally different burrs, you have to check out their Sette line for espresso. I would personally get both virtuouso + Sette for pour over and espresso over niche zero for the price. Baratza has a lot longer history making grinders and I would trust it more over a kickstarter product.

Niche Zero has been widely praised , even James Hoffman is using one himself

Yea I’ve watched it on YouTube. Thus I’m having second thoughts about Baratza Encore since many reviews online are also saying that it’s not a grinder for espresso. But I’m not sure whether it’s worth paying about 4 times more after purchasing the Baratza Encore.

I bought a Rancilio Silvia and Macap M4 from espressocoffeeshop in 2015 and when the TNT guy delivered I had to pay GST. Was thinking of upgrading to a Rocket Mozzafiato which would cost 2k+ and thought i had to include GST in which would bump the price up to high 2k+. Instead I bought the Lelit Bianca for 3.3k and think its a better deal :s13:

I would want to get the exact set up and purchase it fr espresso coffee shop. However, may I check if any gst will be incurred? as I know that any item coming into Singapore and amount above $400 we will have to incur 7% gst.
