you using AIO or heatsink for your CPU

I helped my friend built with inwin A1 + corsair H60 AIO mounted at the back. Was quite difficult as space is so limited. Had to remount a few times so that we can do the back wires 1st.

I wanna try building in TU150 if possible.

what is the temp while idling and playing game?

when you said 'at the back' meaning outside casing?

Rear, you can put a 120mm fan there. H60 is a slim profile AIO, so it still can fit there as well, just that you need to plan out which cables to insert into mb first before mounting the AIO. Tubings were a little tight as far as i rmb, but so far my fren nvr complain about any leaking or issues with PC.

Currently idle is around 55? Play games Long term can hit almost 80

I had to off the auto overclock plus set voltage at 1.2v

If it helps I’m using a nitro plus 5700xt (almost cannot fit.)

Plus two intake at the bottom. One intake at the side and single exhaust out the back. Fans mostly around 1350 rpm

Won't it have overheating issue?

You can't go against physics. The smaller you go, the lesser space for cooling, so the hotter the components. I like small ITX setups, but I also find them worryingly hot, especially if you are getting a high end rig and not going for water cooling (if space permits).

I don't agree. Cases like the Dan A4 and Louqe S1 have the GPU fan really close to the grills where they can draw fresh air in. This is the same for the CPU heatsink.

So long as you choose a blower design for the card and a top mounted fan heatsink for the CPU, it will be fine. But trying to use those 2 or 3 fan card designs will obviously throw hot air all around the tiny.

Also as you mentioned, with liquid cooling, you can really shrink the dimensions of the case while transferring the heat elsewhere. No need to use a huge tower style air cooler.

Noob here and have not touched DIY rig for long time.

Mini-itx smallest form factor for DIY right?

Any recommended slim casing preferably with vertical orientation due to space limitation.

Onboard graphics, M.2 SSD will be fine and no wifi needed.
