Samsung Galaxy Fold

Had to call Samsung Concierge to have my screen replaced due to some wear on bottom right of screen. They replaced both the screen and back panel, replacing back battery at the same time.

Just a couple of days after getting back the phone, after three days at Samsung, the front screen had a pink vertical line. Called Samsung Concierge again and they took just one day to have the screen replaced, as well as the battery at the front.

So now, I have replaced both screens and batteries, and Samsung Concierge Service is quite excellent.....overall, pretty happy.

No charge at all, my phone still under warranty till sometime in September, Concierge all the way dah!

I was told one time service only that's why I did not proceed to send my fold for the loose hinge the second time.

Guys, I know this is not a galaxy buds thread but since our devices come with free buds I want to share some info you might find useful. I found the galaxy buds really lousy for calls. The caller will hear all the background noises amplified until they can't hear you well.
I usually disable the buds whenever someone calls. However, I recently found cheap alternative, Taotronics Soundliberty 79. Do check them out. Works the same way except it doesn't have programmable touches. But the it cuts out the noise during calls. Sounds great and is waterproof.

Just get the UAG Monarch case, dun need anything else, other than perhaps a screen protector for front screen. BTW, pretty happy with my audio upgrade for my Fold, like to use my wired IEM's (yes, got a few) but since Fold doesn't have a 3.5mm audio port, I ordered and got an iBasso DC02 + KZ ZS10 Pro, and I must say I like what I'm hearing.
