To benefit all, regarding adding additional new FCY settlement accounts with existing trading account.

Previously I went to woodlands SCB branch to request that but the stupid RM didn't bother to complete it at the scene, really stupid and lazy, I followed instructions but failed to add additional FCY settlement account to trade in Europe/hkd/London....

Today I printed the form and bring it to the branch but served by another much better RM , he quoted all can be done online.
He checked my particulars and quoted should get your RM to do it, no need to come to a branch. I should take to my RM (priority customer is given a RM ) .

cut the story short.

RM ask me to execute the online execution on the spot, strangely, the same instructions was used but this time I managed to get to the right online site to request adding additional FCY accounts.

The summary
1. Go search "SC online trading"-must not select existing account
2. Select to use singpass to login.
3. MUST opt to auto fill up with "Sg info", previously I select manual input and failed to proceed to next step.

4. Once agreed to auto fill up by Singpass my info/sg info., it will bring user to the right form to add FCY settlement accounts.

5. Follow screen instructions, all done.

I really enjoy no min comms. Bought 5 dt shares $200 this wk. Hehe
DT shares is?
I think as long you keep pumping money inside and don't withdraw the priority status should remain.
Cheers!

Whoa that's a real good deal you got. :s13:

Thanks. I still think it may be a mistake or I got pick up by lucky draw.

I received a consolidated statement email attachment today. Is it a priority service or it applies to everyone? At the bottom, I finally find out who my RM is. What is the difference between Relationship Manager and Relationship Service Manager?

DT is a US company, Dynatrace. I bought small small because $200 not enough to buy cspx. :p

I very poor, no money to pump, can only rely on div and market value gain.

New to me also, perhaps it is used to serve as individuals credentials, therefore no signature required.
SCB should just merge this into the online trading portal to simplify thing..

i.e apply a new account on the sc online trading page, auto fill up by sginfo and add new/existing settlement accounts under "selection of settlement accounts" section of the online application?

...I asked where should I send the form to when it's time to renew in 3 years. He said no need to renew, it's a one-time submission (which I believe it's not). Told me to just go back to the bank if really need to submit again and didn't give me an address...

You can check the expiry of your car and w8ben on top right of online platform, "client details".

Haha, I understand. My question to him was *where* I should send the form 3 years later when it expires and his answer was it doesn't expire:s13:
