As good as new. Just wipe with alcohol wipes for cleanliness. What u mean quality? It's from Sony. Earpiece quality mostly the same No matter refurbished or new

If really suay kena spoil just email eBay seller ask for refund and send back.

That one really suay. I buy so many refurbished product from Amazon eBay all working as good as new.

Can i ask about the comfort of the headphone? Does it get hot in the ears? How long can you wear the headphone for before it gets comfortable? How is the comfort as compared to bose QC35?

Currently i am deciding between airpods pro or this headphone. Tending towards this headphone but is afraid about the comfortability, as I have mpow H5 and it gets really hot for my ears, and ear touching the inner side. Airpods pro because of ecosystem.

Same chip so likely same performance. Minor exterior updates, e.g. thicker pads, reworked hinges, etc. New features will be the pause on remove, possibly multi-point, etc. Not much improvement if you alr own a XM3 unless those new features are a must have for you.

Thanks for the info, guess an upgrade can be skipped unless they have major improvements to ANC by using a limited only software for XM4’s.
