There is no correct answer given the obscurity of the hiring process, but simple inference alone would tell you that if you belong to that category, you would be hard-pressed to be offered, especially since there are so many rounds of interviews and candidates.

I would assume DES should be faster based on past responses
I did my medical abt 3 weeks after panel but is for DEI so my timeline might differ from urs
