Any other mnvo have volte other than myrepublic? The loss of data connection is getting out of hand, happen 3 times a day.

Data connection loss happened yet again this morning at about 7:55AM. Think if MR can’t resolve this then will port out soon. Though it’s cheap but the quality is questionable.

Finally after porting out from MR to giga, no more complain from my mum saying 4G full bar but mobile data don’t load. Phew! Now safe entry and WhatsApp working on StarHub 4G.

The network speed is also slightly faster based on Speedtest.

facing the data disconnection issue too. after leaving house, no data but signal shows 4G full bar.

Same, my Mum keep complain at mall cannot safe entry or in bus cannot WhatsApp. Personally test myself, really full signal 4G but nothing load.

Don’t want to got nag on this anymore, ported out to giga and issue solve. Phew!

Same problem with my iPhone also.... every time leave house no data though 4G show full bar. I have to first enable and then disabled airplane mode, then ok.☹️

Im not keen to port to Giga because if for whatever reason my data exceed 6GB, i will have to pay. At least MR will not charge for excess data.

Let's see the performance after the maintenance. Mine is tonight.

I kena the 'connected to network but no internet problem' after their maintenance this morning. Got to reboot phone then can work. :s22:

Today I tio the network bug as well, 4G & Signal Full Bar but no internet. I jitao stuck at the entrance of the shopping when the safe entry keep failing to load. In the end I give up and scan IC go in, really annoying. If not for the unlimited data after exceed current data, I would have already port out to GIGA $10 plan.

Those who kenna the network issue so far are all iPhone users right?

My wife's iPhone 11 ran into the same issue this morning. Few days back also happened to her.

So did u receive the email for today morning's maintenance?
