I tried to like the X2 Pro, but I really cannot stomach the customizations. All over the place, trying too hard to copy MIUI. Pixel 4a is too small, I put it side by side the 3XL at Challenger, nope unacceptable for media consumption. Looking at websites already feel like I'm squinting.

Agreed with what u say about find x2 pro. Somehow animations and overall smoothness aint as good as oxygenOS and OneUI. But compared to the older versions, it is a great leap though

It's still insane how such a powerful phone can still have an interface that isn't smooth.

That's quite a huge step down! But the Nord should do 80-90% of what the S20 Ultra can do for a lot less money.

$593 for a phone you can get almost immediately with a 1 year warranty probably is not too bad.

I paid $473 for 1 month warranty and still haven't got a word when the phone will be delivered :s13:

Bought from Qoo10 ?

Tried pixel 4a...screen small so call duel speakers too soft for me...I rather have a good single bottom firing speaker

What phone are u mgirating from?

4gb? How many files makes up the 4gb? 1 file 4gb will copy faster then 10000 files 4gb

Ufs 2.1 and usb 2.0 on the nord will make u copy files in slower too

Edit: Poco F2 is ufs 3.1, so copy files in definitely will be faster then copy files to nord

Files were already on pc. I xferred from old note 3 earlier. Whole whatsapp folders with thousands of files(images, videos etc) from god knows when :s13: It copied half the images fast & then suddenly decided to go Sunday driving mode.

Anyhoo, I cancelled the xfer, zipped up the files, put on google drive, dload form there & unzip. 10 mins to settle everything :s22:

is the difference in speed significant or just minor?

After reading through the entire thread, looks like I'm gonna wait 1 more year for OP9 since all current offerings seem like a downgrade from my 3yo OP5. :s13:

Welcome back 😂

Thank you Thank you :s13:

A piece of good news. Default GPay(not GPay sg) that comes with Nord works on buses and NTUC.

But screen must be on. No need unlock.

Battery life doesnt seem to be super great. Bout 3.5 hrs SOT & 50% juice left. 20% usage from Google Drive since I xferred quite a bit of data using GDrive, So we'll see over next few days when the batt settles.

I tried Greatness GCam 7.3 also. DEFINITELY use GCam for selfies. Can see all my pock marks. :s13: whereas Nord selfie cam made me look like chinese opera actor. :s13:

But I prefer Nord rear cam shots over this GCam shots. I play ard a bit more. Maybe try other versions too

UFS 3.0 or 2.1 doesn't matter when the phone usb port is just 2.0 :s13:
Transfer over Wi-Fi might even be faster :s22:
