Nowadays share line is not worth it, better take own 10$ line. Especially telco still charge 5$ for caller id

yes, agreed.

M1 mega flash deal on 1 to 4 sep

what promo?

well to each his own though maybe some dun use a lot of data but bought that high so maybe wanna use for another device so that user dun need to hotspot?

mobile share is not worth it. really too many MVNOs cheap plan for one to use on a second device.

many buy wifi only ipad becos they use iphone to act as a hotspot but this will drain better very fast. better to just sign a new sim only plan just for the iPad.

Oh, thanks everyone! Wah, heng the staff caution me not to change to nano for $37... Haha

Ok, now if I port over from M1 prepaid to Starhub prepaid. Then from the Starhub prepaid to Starhub postpaid. The prepaid to postpaid has any fees involved? Because my current M1 told me it has...

Sent from Xiaomi POCOPHONE F1 using GAGT

prepaid to postpaid within the same telco. need to pay $48.15 (registration fee + sim card fee)

Multi-SIM is still available for M1 and StarHub I think? One number, multiple lines. Should be $10.70/mth per additional line.

Share line on other hand, I think only SingTel and M1 left. SingTel - $12.84/mth, M1 $8/mth for Public line, $6/12/mth (depending on promo) for mySIM corporate line. Both telco is per supplementary line without caller ID basis.

VIVIFI Share is $5.35/mth for additional line.

no. these are not what i am referring to.

multi-sim -> only one number.
mobile share lines -> different numbers but all depend on a main number.

this service below by starhub previously really allow you to share data among different standalone numbers. but i think now no more already.

this one is a true data share since you can adjust the shareable data on the fly. it is a lot more flexible.

DataShare will be available at a promotional monthly rate of S$2.14 (usual price: S$10.70) and will let users between 1GB and 12GB of shareable data in total as well as freely adjust the proportion in 1GB denominations every month. Users will be able to make adjustments on-the-fly using StarHub's My StarHub app or through StarHub’s My Account web portal.

The cheapest way from prepaid to postpaid is gomo i think, but only if your existing prepaid is singtel. It is foc, just need to pay the gomo 1st month subscription.

Just wondering is switching from a VOLTE telco to giga/gomo which currently does not have VOLTE support noticeable? Like calls taking abit longer to connect/less clear?

Not all. Only the main singtel branch (comcenter, bugis, etc).

To do that, you need to go there and tell them you want to port to gomo from st prepaid. Then they will port your number to temporary post paid under singtel.

After that you go back home and register gomo via online, key in your prepaid number. You need to register gomo online on the same day.
Don't ask the cso online, they will give you unclear answer. Just go to the main singtel branch directly and ask there if gou still not clear.

Port from Singtel to GOMO.Call quality without VoLTE really bad and ever encountered disconnected twice. Thinking to switch back to Singtel SIM only plan with 1 year contract.

If you use singtel previously, shouldn’t port out. Their sim only 20$ for existing customer is quite value for money. Now new user have to pay 25$ for aim only.

That’s right. Those already using ST don’t have to consider further when recontract option is offered to u. Network is generally stable & strong in most areas.
