As long as the line is under your name. Port will happen. If the line is under company name than port in will failed.

If you on the CIS plan with corp rate and line under your name port in should be ok from what I read in this thread

giga told me CIS consider corp have to go M1 to make CIS to personal plan

M1 have a form to fill in to convert CIS to personal but have to do after contract expire

Erm that's BS. I was on M1 CIS and ported over to Giga without issues. No need to convert to any personal plan.

It was a day or 2 after contract expiry. Was refunded for the rest of the month, which went towards paying for my M1 broadband which came under the same bill.

Giga called me 3hrs earlier than my delivery time to ask if im home, i said im near my home but working on site, and i told the guy if you want to come i can wait for you.

he really showed up 15mins later at my work site, that was funny.

anyway, i activated my giga sim, so I just wait til midnight for them to port over and tomorrow i can use my existing number?

I'm waiting for some messages so i don't know if i should re-insert my starhub sim until i lose my connection or just stay on giga.

Maybe giga! changed policy. My wife & son were previously on the $25 for 45GB plan. The $18 for 40GB plan did pop up on the giga! app for a limited time and I was able to change their plans to the $18 plan. I don’t see it popping up anymore.

Not possible as it is for new customers only i believe. I am going to port in for the 18 dollar pop up plan, might downgrade to $10 plan later though.

I activated 2 lines tonight at 0000 hours.
But only one got the 0000 hours stamp. The other had the 2359 stamp. I really should have waited 10 more seconds before I hit that activate button since there is no hurry as the activation time is round off to the minute.

Yes. If one month 45GB totally unused, next month will be 90GB. But rollover one month only. That is why my wife’s line consistently 70+GB every month. Until I decide to change hers to $10 plan.

Can downgrade?

Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade to any plan, except for those special pop up plans like the $18 plan, which is available only for certain times and users. My wife went from $25 to $18 to $10 plan now. Change of plan always take effect next billing cycle.

my wife M1 line contracts ends today,M1 boy told us to activate the port over only tmrw to allow a gap otherwise if port over too early M1 side may count me as early termination by 1 day so i thought only i need to port over tmrw not today
