Where is your favourite Briyani???

the Indian restaurant at Kallang Bus Depot used to have very nice briyani, served on banana leaf. that place is my goto during my NS days at Kallang police.

but ever since few yrs back, they changed the cook and standard dropped.

Geylang Serai hawker centre has one popular briyani stall, the first stall after you walk up the stairs located in front of the coffeeshop, the briyani is light and fluffy, and the meats are tender. The mutton served is boneless. Price is reasonable at $5 for both chicken and mutton. Give it a try.

There's one at old airport road call mama recipe briyani. Open by chinese one, and is jin ho jiak

Old airport also got the famous $3 version that’s popular with taxi Drivers
At the Malay/Muslim food corner of the HC

Yup! Last time i ate was my dad tapao from railway station! Then i never eaten it till now!

Before i remember the mutton was juicier! Maybe some fat oil to give it the Ooomph!

AFAIK they do not serve raita.
