Yes. They will ask you whether you want to just collect outside the store (a member of staff will bring out your order for you from within the store). You can always say you wanna browse also. Why would they stop you since potentially you may be buying more things.

Delivery takes 2-3 weeks which is way too long.

I wish to see if there’s any noticeable difference in terms of the display and feel of writing with the Pencil 2.

I think any apple shop will have both ipads on display side by side. The shop at jewel that I went to has such set up. I am not sure about the others but I can definitely see the difference between the 120hz (Ipad pro) and 60hz (ipad air). When swiping from page to page, the air looks kind of choppy whereas the pro is buttery smooth. The pencil also has some lag on the air and on the pro, it feels more natural.

just to add - there were some reports saying that the air has some backlight bleed when viewed at 100% brightness in a dark room. But it's a slight defect which is not going to affect anything you do with it though.

Thanks for the feedback. Like that I’ll have to recalibrate my expectations accordingly. Maybe really have to consider paying more for a 2020 Pro 128G over a 2020 Air 256G.

In my opinion, iPad air you should only get 64gb.

Because for the price of 256gb iPad air 4 $1100, you top up $100 more and you can get a 128gb iPad pro 2020 which comes with the all the best specs.

Doesn't make sense to buy 256gb iPad air 4 to me.
