Official signed my life away Atleast for 2 years for now.

As for the medical part to clarify right. Cause I asked the officer.

For non uniform officers if you declared medically fit in your questionnaire. And if they check ur hospital or health records. All clear and no big issue. Spf won't send u to Shenton or parkway medical or test

For uniform officer they will send to physical medical test regardless of what was filled as medical is a part of hiring criteria.

And also. No bonus for people who joining now till next year march! The 1st pb will be in 2022. Ur July and end of year bonus including 13 month is subjected to govt and economy shift. So don't put so much hope on it. #whybonusgone #cry #nomoney

Applies to both uniform. And non uniform group as we are both taking the same bonuses scheme. Except uniform group got all the monthly allowance which non uniform group don't have!

The reason behind no performance bonus for 2021 is because it ranks from Aug 2020 to march 2021.

So yes. We won't have any for 2021.
Only starts from 2022 as we rank aug 2021 to march 2022.

Increment im guessing is the annual pay increase right? That's under merit increment.
You will get it subjected to boss approval or grading then also subjected to our performance.

You will continue to get it till you max your pay bracket or increased again when you promote.

The last pay adjustment was 2015

Applied for DEI, just finished my panel interview yesterday. Does anyone know the estimated projected timeline to acceptance? Also, is the medical and panel still concurrent or has it changed so that when i get a medical appoinment it would mean i passed the interview?

You mean projected timeline until the outcome?

Projected timeline to acceptance could vary from 2 months to 4 months based on my experience and those around me but shouldn't be used as a fix guide since volume of applicants does affect.

Medical and panel are still concurrent, generally from my pool of friends, we would either receive the medical email within 1 week from panel or a rejection email about 1-2 weeks from panel. This doesn't mean anything because there were still people who got rejected AFTER medical. There's not really a safe zone per se.

I think you need to reread my posts below.
Sign on bonus is seperate that's not under yearly bonus scheme.

Medical and yearly bonus wise I mentioned below!

Me no medical cause my records are clean and I'm fit plus they probably save a cost by not sending me anyways
