Btw, was aiming for an external SSD to store the PS4 games, waiting for black Friday & cyber monday, so far narrow down to these 2 1TB drives seems quite alright.

You plan to bring the storage device for camping or outdoor terrain? Haha. Think get Samsung sufficient, I use that for my ps4 now as external ssd. Nvme drives wait for Sony approved drives or maybe they might come out with their own drives.
Haha, Sandisk one looks rugged can be repurpose for outdoor usage if in-future getting the internal Nvme once Sony confirmed and update PS5 to support it.
