Go read up on TA is good. If you have knowledge on both TA and business fundamentals analysis, it'll surely benefit you in long run. :)

TA = technical analysis

This is very true, with TA you will know when is the best time to enter and exit.
When I want to buy any REITs, I will wait with patience. Never rush in.

You can buy MINT, now on sales.
I'm aiming at Ascott Reit, price seem like coming down.:D

losing money. lol

When time to cut loss, need to cut loss, if not the loss become bigger and bigger. -50% is just too much for me.

I also hurt by CRCT, price keep falling after I brought at $1.30. When price drop to $1.14, I avg down to $1.22.

Previously my starhill loss ballooned up to 15k. Not knowing whether it'll tank further, i sell a portion of it to park elsewhere. Then when starhill is moving up, i ave up abit. At this moment my loss is $2100 for starhill. As this counter can hold for dividend and i think still got hope, so decided to hold it out.

Indeed 50% is a lot. But if wutawa sees hope in the counter then perhaps it's worth holding. Otherwise got to cut lost and ride up elsewhere..

Down 15% already make me wonder whether it's a good or bad choice.

I'm sory to lead you to buy AIMs Reit, it didn't look that good as I said in my blog. But it's still a good reit but slower growth bah. Take a look at this link.

Actually Aims I traded a few rounds. Earn a few rounds of kopi $ :s13: the chart is like ESR. Quite predictable

During period like covid. It is actually expected for stocks to drop even more than 15%. If u buy a great company with solid foundation, then just got to be patient to wait it out. But if want it to be like pre covid price then got to wait until life become pre covid again. Ie. No need wear mask when out and about :o That's why no choice got to ave down those that dropped too much if still intend long the counter

The reasons why i only sold half of my jardine is because i read the reports and assess that the company is still ok. Moreover, the usd div is useful to buy shares.

Btw, anyone knows a good site (beside yahoo finance) that shows sg pe ratio? I want to ref it to my google sheet.

TA = technical analysis

I have basic knowledge. But I rarely use . No time to track the market also.

Actually those with solid TA knowledge, one look can tell entry exit point. It's only the news that needed time to read and keep up. In case of any fundamental changes you don't want to be the last to know :o
