Not sure how it works but i am guessing that each individual Sony physical store has their own stock, Sony online store has their own stock and they are unrelated.

So, if Sony online store has a batch coming in, it will be sold by the Sony online store.
If each physical Sony store has stock coming in, they will clear their waitlist for their particular store.

Yeah they are unrelated. I'm just saying that it's funny how 100 sets popped out of nowhere when no one was expecting it at all and most of the shipment from the Jan batch had already been raffled or flash saled off.

If its a new batch then all the retailers will have gotten notice of it, since usually what happens is the entire stock comes to Singapore and gets allocated to all retailers. When it's difficult for stores to even secure 15 sets, you wonder why Sony is throwing out nearly 100 sets on their site and not allocating it to any store participating in the ps5 retail allocation.

Third party retail outlets probably same story as what i just said hehe.

On the other hand, it could be they call buyers later to say, sorry that was a website error! Especially so because they didnt state when to expect the stock.

controller bundle i still ok... since i may need two to switch in the event of 1 low bat halfway through a game.. but the statue.. err.. qisahn are evil..

Sometimes the online webstore stock and physical store stocks are handle by different teams/departments. Quite normal for other companies as well..

Haha I have a pre order at some retailer but got it early in a flash sale. If you still don't have by next retailer batch I'll sell you at retail price
