Hii just wondering to those that went for dei tea session. How long was your tea session? Mine was around 10mins and is it too short? Does it mean that i got higher chance of getting rejected.

The wait is long. 2 / 3 months is normal. Anything just email them.

Those already receive shortlist email and date for tea session, can PM me for DEI group.

Those already in other stages also can PM me.

PM me your current stage and Tele account.

The wait between stages is long as well. Expected 2 or 3 mths between each stage. It is normal.

If your acc is new and cannot PM, then go unlock the PM feature yourself.

Or wait for someone else to PM you.

Hi, I’m currently waiting for my tea session for DEI next week. May I know the questions asked other than those stated in the email (a,b,c) and the process? Thank you very much!

Other questions asked are extension from a,b,c. All I can say is to do your research about the organisation and position well as they want to understand if you know what you are signing up for. All the best! :)
