In one of last year's power up challenge, I inserted my Grabpay Mastercard at shop's card reader instead of using Paywave.

Somehow, by not using Paywave, payment by card insertion was treated as "non-offline", which probably treated as equivalent to "online", since Paywave can only be achieved by "offline".

So I ended up getting the power up challenge bonus for that transaction ...

Thank you for the tips! I insert my card this time and got my point immediately. :)

So if I go to store and pay with grab pay MasterCard and use the insert method instead of pay wave will be count toward the challenge?

Got 2 new targeted promo for me but not my family acc. Check if u have that

1) get 1500p for topping up $301 and above via paynow VPA

2) get up to 2400p via link and top up from UOB

I have completed 1 and gotten 1500p

When i want to do no.2
Grab doesn't let me top up. So got to wait for 24hrs i guess..

*both promo deadline is 26th March

My fam account doesn't have these. But i tried my luck to test no.1
As expected, no points given -_-

For no.1, after i top, i transfered the amt back to my bank via paynow :D works fine

Can link meh???

I also have a grab wallet for Grab VN

if already separate, maybe cannot link...

when applying new, you could have used the existing grab vn account and activate(and verify) for singapore, or vice-versa.

Thanks for sharing.

I am short of $899 by 30 Jun to platinium. If I hit $ 899 in Mar, do I become platinium immediately or only on 1 Jul ?

Based on my experience, if you hit $899 spending, you will get platinum straightaway (after the transaction that pushes you to the platinum level) and it will be valid till end of the year, 31 Dec 2021.
