Meditate on and develop throat chakra to harness this power of speech . It is authoritative , direct , decisive, clear , and also a sign of intellect . You say and do what u mean. Perhaps u do not always communicate or command or dictate what you need right now to be done. You need to be heard and respected. You will also need to learn how to be swift and cut off things even ppl that no longer serve your path .

The present situation is true.. deep down I know that no matter how I want to chiong, I still bind with my family. I still need to divide my attention to my girl & it's impossible to pass more responsibility to my hub. to tank my part as the main caretaker. Or simply said, I think his standard in nurturing the kid is not up to what I wish. So I cannot just let it slide
In my brain, I got a-z to do this and that, but the realization is just a baby step a-c because I will need to multiply myself to do all the plan.
I also can't easily trust other do the works as I have the tendency to doubt they will do the works properly to my satisfaction..
I don't think I'm a perfectionist, My works also got flaws..
But so often I feel down by the result of trusting some works to other people.
I'm more comfortable with one man show, but one man show only can achieve small.
Why the future is less zen ? Me need more zen feeling...
Physically sign for my throat chakra is blocked I think.. on off Sore throat and never-ending nose blocked and phlegm-like symptoms.

cut off things part, I think it's more about the family issue.. You know the problem is still unresolved more than a year. After everything clear I don't feel like to maintain any r/s with the so called half siblings..

I had wearing blue color more to improve the balance of my element

There's no magic involved.. it is something you repeat daily through positive reinforcement and lessons learnt.

For example.. I chit chat with my daughter about everything and anything about her daily life. I mostly ask questions and simply listen. If its a serious enough topic, I might give an opinion.

Haha I hear you . I need to be main caretaker for my kid too. Hubs not detailed enough , playing with kid and do simple tasks and manual labor he can la haha.

Yup becos 不成格 in the strictest sense, so scale is naturally small . One man show is common , but I’m getting the vibes that u still need to learn to delegate tasks, be it to a PA or helper, or the likes . That’s the only way to get things done , becos there is only one you and you are pretty much stretched to the limit as it is.

Now, if chart is well formed 食伤生财，也就是身旺泄秀生财，the focus is like a microscopic lens 把集中的力量打入土中，重点在 end point, this fertile earth 就是旺相，能生万物，也不需要金再来 disrupt this equation and achieved balance . This is the magic of why structures can tolerate missing elements , and if you 入格 chart is read differently. It cannot use normal 五行 to read , that is for commoners .

Back to your chart, becos chart is not considered 入格，it should be read in the normal way . So a missing 庚 is needed . You might ask why a weak chart still needs metal . This is a dilemma many career woman face. I always tell them career can wait but children cannot wait... once you miss the boat you will regret later looking at hindsight.

Your career is not for life but children is a life long planning.

I am always thinking if want another child since my kid is already 2 years old and I am no longer young too. It's like a struggle between career (if there is any to start with) or really focus on family then be average for the rest of the life .
