Must wait for news article then sinkie wake up. Rich sinkies do not know how to dyodd. :rolleyes:Hola has been recommending it nearly 3 years ago, not 2 or 6 months. The smart ones would have listened. Unfortunately, Hola got smashed by experts then. Those who listened are laughing to the bank and grateful toward Hola. :)
May I ask which resale in the past 3 years laugh all the way to the bank? Price was stagnant at best. In comparison, if one bought these new launch in the past 3 years - Seaside Residences, Grandeur Park, Artra then likely to laugh to the bank.

One sub sale at Seaside made 625k profit in three years. The rest are above 150k profits..

Exactly.

Those looking for resale.. about 2 to 6 months’ ago was the best timing...

The news already reported that the GAP between private new and resale has widened so much that.....
IMO, one should look for value buys in resale...this I advised those around me to look for value buys in private resale...one even bought about 10 % below buyer’s bankers’ valuation!!

Today, a bit late Liao... resale sellers caught wind and all upped prices Liao...

Supported by the chart in the video below:

1) resale prices was lowest 6 months ago...now climbing up
2) resale volume was highest 6 months ago, now declining...

(Don’t ask me if I am the person in the video...I am not and I did not know this video is in the midst of production / release.)

Those observant would have caught the trend...

New launch prices sky rocketed.
Hdb prices flew..
Resale prices stagnant...

What is next?

###

###

Correction, hdb resale flew off the charts...

See the steep slope of the increase in price for hdb resale...what’s next?

Private oso nv cheong up so much .... stupid govt not protecting private properties owner
Yep, pte properties never cheong in valuations since Jul 2018 cooling measure. Only keep seeing the psf cheong-ging. Only those multi-millions properties, we will not think of - as salary workers not businessmen.

“The risk of rising interest rates is a reminder that everyone should continue to exercise caution in their property purchase decisions,” Monetary Authority of Singapore Chairman and Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam said in response to a parliamentary question on Monday on the impact of rapidly rising U.S. long-term interest rates on the city-state.

After selling your investment property do you guys straightaway hunt for next good deal or wait for overall property market to go down first?

To think that just 18 months ago, it was all doom and gloom for the HDB resale market.

https://www.straitstimes.com/singap...s-sold-last-month-as-prices-continue-to-slide

Fewer Housing Board resale flats were sold last month than in the previous month as prices continue to fall.

In all, 1,875 such flats changed hands, a 4.9 per cent fall from the figure in August, real estate portal SRX Property said yesterday when releasing its preliminary figures.

Compared with a year ago, last month's decline was 6.3 per cent.

Watch out for D19 after Cross Island Line announcement.

Much room for upside for the next decade. 1st mover advantage to buy on the low.
