As far as I know, this is not possible for the older Starhub Go Streaming Box and the new Starhub TV+ Box.

It will depend on your needs. If you need Netflix 4K, then you have to go with Chromecast 2020.

Mecool KM6 review: you will be lucky to get Netflix HD working with hacks. Disney+ will be an issue as well.

Mecool finally cones out with one Netflix certified box KM2 but its HW spec is no better than Chromecast 2020 and costs higher, so I am not so sure if anyone wants it unless you like the better connectivity.
