Setedit app can download from app store.
Remember u only can set 60, 90 or 120.
Find "user_refresh_rate" key and change value to 90
Learn this from xda forum.
I never try other setting not sure what will happen so better stick to it lol.
Cool.. thx !

U still have 7 days or 2 days to learn. Bootloader unlock need to wait is not immediately available.

is the below steps correct to install fastboot first and then twrp?

Update your stock ROM to the latest via updater app first..
- Unlock your bootloader by Mi Unlock tool https://en.miui.com/unlock/
- Download our ROM zip file BETA or STABLE
- If you are on Windows: Right click on downloaded zip - Settings - Unblock zip content
D9NcJZp.png
- Unpack downloaded zip file in the PC
- Reboot your device to fastboot mode (press volume down + power)
- Connect to PC via original USB cable
- Run fastboot installation script as administrator from unpacked zip according your PC operating system

For Windows OS ./windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat

TWRP install via fastboot command
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img

For install ROM, just select in TWRP - Install - ROM zip -

sorry, I think below should be the right steps. please advise hehe

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:
Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
TWRP Recovery TWRP or TWRP.ME
FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
Copy our ROM to the internal storage
Install our ROM
Reboot
done
Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done

Btw notifications works fine for u guys ?
I had to enable all individual app to autostart and set permission to allow sound one by one.
All apps installed with miui battery saver mode on by default in app settings.
Guess I gonna factory reset

Its normal for xiaomi phone, every apps are batt saver by default
U just need to set those apps with push notification with auto start and no restriction for batt saver
Like whatsapp, wechat etc
The rest no need touch
