Most likely u have to get from grey market liao. Might as well get a cn set from shopee or Lazada and flash yourself more satisfying.

Luckily I got CN set also. Finally managed to get the verification code. Changed my Mi account recovery phone number to my mum's phone number. The verification code arrived immediately. Must be bloody Giga problem. Hahahahaha. Now got to wait for 1 week. By the way thanks to tckrto and ZhuTou! for the advice. Much appreciated...

Hi, that's what I did too.

After u insert ur sim into the xiaomi phone, login to your mi account. After that, you'll be able to change the recovery number to your own. That's what happened to me.

Now waiting for another hour before i can finally flash to EU rom.

I saw the update from Xiaomi Grp Chat, whether it's 100% accurate or not I'm not sure but most likely accurate judging from what I read and experienced from the info inside so far. Can wait till 2nd July to see if there are any announcements for PO.

After u insert ur sim into the xiaomi phone, login to your mi account. After that, you'll be able to change the recovery number to your own. That's what happened to me.

Now waiting for another hour before i can finally flash to EU rom.

Definitely worth the wait. The Mi 11 Ultra is really a beast of a phone. Hahahahaha...

I did have my sim card in my Mi 11 Ultra all the while but never receive the verification code. So I changed the number to my mum's phone number and her received the verification code. I'm afraid once I change the recovery phone number in my Mi account back to my own number. I won't be receiving any verification code again...

Jialiat, I've done the boot unlock, then copied the TWRP and formatted my phone. Tried to copy the EU rom into phone internal storage but cannot. Read that have to restart phone, restarted but no way to get into TWRP. Now kept booting into MIUI Recovery 5.0.

Advice pls?

After bootloader unlock did u reboot the phone to make sure it goes back to miui? After that I setup the phone with password lock then start the TWRP and flashing.

Go back to fastboot mode and retry to start the TWRP mode use adb method?

which step u at liao? if u can still enter bootloader, dont gan jiong

unlock bootloader, phone will factory reset, this step done?

Now i managed to boot back to reset all back to original, the bootloader is still unlocked. Then I boot to fastboot and tried to copy run the minimal and fast boot script to copy the TWRP, it shows completed on my computer but nothing happens to my phone (tot it will reboot by itself).

Any steps I should do now?

And if I managed to wipe out the data in TWRP, should i do a reboot first before installing the EU rom? If so, press power button or select the reboot icon in TWRP?

try fastboot boot twrp.img? this will restart your phone and boot to twrp

Make sure your PC is detecting your phone when your phone is in fastboot mode. I had this problem where I need to manually install mi drivers so that device manager in windows detect my phone. A few bros there also encounter phone not being detected.
