Hi guys, so i completed migrating all from old huawei mate 20pro to Ultra. Was playing and discovered a few things.
Whatsapp notification badge is sort of like hit or miss. Sometimes I do get the unread badge, sometimes dont', any workaround?
My Xiaomi Flipbuds pro doesn't have the notification or extensive settings (like adjusting ANC, etc) now when it's on EU rom, unlike chinese rom, the moment I open the case of the flipbuds pro, the phone will detect (aka iphone and airpods style).
Overall, i like the phone but still playing more extensively and learning MIUI.

For rom u have to go setting see the miui version
If u can see the word CN, it is cn rom
EU rom will show eu (malaysia set)
Intl global rom will show MI

For m11u flash eu rom like the others better
Factory eu rom and ownself flash eu rom are diff kinds of eu rom
Dun mixed up

Not possible that WhatsApp don't pop up notification. Mine working instantly. U try fresh installation of apps or u use mi mover? Don't use mi mover to port over I find that it sometimes create problems. I always do fresh installation. Only port over contacts, photos, videos and some docs.

Whatsapp was a fresh installation. Will monitor and see how.
BTW, the battery is bad. Don' remember that it was draining so fast when on chinese rom while waiting for bootloader unlock.

must wait after a few charging cycles bro. It is bad for the first few charging cycles

Yeah initially it was bad couldn't last 8hrs. I tweak on the refresh rate now don't feel so warm also liao. Battery can last 8-9hrs.

Don't get too sexcited. Just take it slowly. Welcome on board and enjoy xiaomi eu rom! I have been taking pictures and my wife with her iphone 12 pro says I am flexing my phone too much as previously I didn't use so much of my phone to take photos :s13:

heng ah.. i got my malaysia global set.. wonder if i can sell it for $1,800 now... hahahaha..
