I had received my QN90A end of June and just found out there are 3-4 dead pixels and 3-4 bright pixels on my panel.
I called the Samsung Helpline and had arrange for their specialist to come down to do diagnostic and repair.
Was told by the HN salesman and also the customer service officer from Samsung they will most likely swap the panel for me.
I had not really checked for dead pixels when I received as I was expecting it to be a perfect panel. Till when I was checking close up for my screen is IPS or VA then found out about the pixels.
Paid premium for this flagship and gotten a panel that has so many pixels issues is kind of disappointing.
I had asked my HN salesman and he ensure me that this model is a VA panel and tell me to ignore the websites speculation (I think he is trying to play down).
when the specialist coming this Friday I will try ask and demand to have a VA panel.
